DEX - Workshop: 'Big Surveys + Big Simulations = Big Science'

Event description

New generations of observational surveys will generate large amounts of data that will open up new directions in astrophysical research. To interpret these observation next generation simulations are needed that span large dynamic ranges in mass and density. This workshop intends to bring together observers and theorists to discuss the future modelling needs and requirements towards observations to improve our understanding of the Universe.
